Whoever these scumbags are they appear to be ramping up their campaign of nuisance calls again. They just phoned me, though their call was blocked automatically by Phone Tray. FWIW, I don't live within a thousand miles of Pittsburgh.
We got a call from this number on 2 Dec 2016 at 7:58 pm. The caller ID was JOHN INFORM ELEC, and it was blocked by our call blocker. Due to numerous such calls, it blocks all calls from area code 412. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.
They called twice before.... at least twice that I answered the phone. Asked political question... did you vote? We need your input. Then he asked... Can we call again to ask you to take future surveys? So I guess that gives permission to call. The third call is the request for a donation. This is over a couple of weeks. So now they just call... I let it ring and ring.
