called ID said john inform ele  three rings.....I do not answer number I don't recognize...these calls are VERY disturbong

Called ID said john inform ele 414 226 0147........rings 3 times,,,,,no message, I do not answer ....very disturbing

Got the same story. Has called me at least 30 times. Three times I picked up just to say "stop calling me." He is still calling, but now I just ignore calls from that number.
