Who called from 4122751942

I got a call from this number and when I said hello, no one answered. After I said hello several times, they hung up. The same thing happened to a friend of mine when she got a call from a similiar nunber a few days ago.

got a call from this number [412 275 1942] - no message. on 03/16/2016.  You know - just got out of surgery and thought it could have been a caring person.  Glad I missed THAT call.  How bogus can you get  :(

Got a call from this number on my cell. Rang 2 times and they hung up. No msg left.
