Phone rand once and they hung up. No message, has called several times this week

I called the number back and got a recorded message about a $100 rebate card.  Spam..

Just got a call, to a cell phone. Rang a couple times, I picked up, nothing.

Phone rang twice. No message left.

rang once, no message and not from an area i ever have been to or do i know anyone that lives in PA
