I received a call from this number, called it back, spoke to someone about a $100 rebate card in which I only had to pay $3.98 to receive. I payed it, and have since received and downloaded the $100 rebate receipt from my email!  No scam....

How did you pay the $3.98 - by credit or debit card ? By your checking account information ?
What business is the rebate to be used at ?
You haven't gotten a card yet ? Did they send you a rebate number that can be used only online ?
