This caller from 1-412-307-3878 is a scammer and one should NOT answer it. You never know who is on the other end. If the number is NOT familar DO NOT answer it plain and simple
I GOT A CALL FOR PA FIREFIGHTER ASSOCIATION. I ASK THEM TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY SO I COULD CHECK THEM OUT. WELL I GOT 5 CALLS IN THE LAST 3 HOURS FROM THAT SAME NUMBER. EVERY TIME I ANSWER IT THEY HANG UP.
A woman from this number called our local non-profit asking for a manager who no longer worked here. She was very pushy, I after I told her she no longer works here she just asked for "the person in charge" repeatedly. I asked if I could help her, she said was "I'm just calling from the firefighters" and mainly mumbled it, eventually said she would call back. It was all very bizarre, never gave a straight answer.
