No county clerk or government entity has anything to do with personal debt disputes, unless there is n active court case and that's between the attorneys, their clients and the judge. Debt collectors have nothing to do with any government agency except to be regulated by the state they are in--provided they are legal debt collectors and not scammers.
Got a call from 412-346-1399 saying I owed money for a loan that I never paid back. I have taken out one loan in my entire life and I paid it off in 3 days. Says I owed from 2010. Really, do these people think I'm that gullible or stupid as to believe their garbage?!? Can we say, SCAM?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Got a call an hour ago saying I owe a company named Pack management for a 500 dollar loan I took on the internet. They said I was liable for it. They would not tell me what account that the money was sent to. They told me that I would get all that information when I made a payment on the money owed. Said they were called Cohen Phillips pre trial.
Just received the same call. Didn't answer, the voicemail left was cut short was saying something about taking legal action and had a case number and such. These fools get info from online. They've gotten mine from SEVERAL years ago when I was younger and foolish and had looked for loans online. They don't even have my current married name and I've been married 4 yrs. It's just the a**hole scammers trying to stir up fear in people.
412-346-1399 left an auto-voice message stating they're from the county clerks office and they're going to chase me down at my home and job to collect a debt for someone who is suing me (NOT!!) but if they find me first I give up the right to dispute it, LOL!! come on out Boy, us folks out here in Tennessee handle our justice in our own manner out here in the sticks, I dare ya lol I got something for ya, your associates better bring a couple shovels and a wheel barrow to pick up what's left of your sorry [***].
