I got the same exact call, I told him the police would meet him with me, he got very angry at me. This guy calls daily, and so do a few others, it is aggravating!
This number tried to first call my office number, I told them I no longer worked there because I do not take personal calls at work. The same number then called my dad on his cell phone. Left a message of the same information as above stating he was Chris Rollings and that there was a civil action against me. I tried to call him back from a blocked number but of course he does not accept blocked numbers. I went ahead and called him back from a cell and it went to a voice mail. I told him I knew this was a scam and that he needed to stop harassing me and my family members or else I would pursue legal action on him for harassment!
