What we all need to do is go back to the online insurance quote that we all did, and go after them for selling our number to third parties.

Of course I got the same phone call to...but I my phone is through my cable company, and they have a awesome feature called "Anonymous Call Rejection" My phone rejects calls from a caller who has activated a blocking option to prevent the display of their name and phone number.
All blocked calls will be intercepted by a recording that will give the caller information and options to complete their call.
If they don't give their name and number, the call won't come through. Which we all know the majority of scams and telemarketers don't want to give that info of who they are.
The calls to my phone have decreased a lot ever since I set up this feature.
Check to see if your phone has this option, most of the phone companies have this feature.
They are calling every 4 hours now. I just reported to Missouri Do Not Call Registry and the U.S. Govt. Do Not Call Registry. When you call them, you get a recording that is trying to make you feel like you're talking to a live person. The recording says that they have the health insurance information that I requested. Hmmm I have free insurance from the military. What a bunch of idiots!
I believe that if you have EVEr requested info online, you name and number is on a list which is sold every few months. Note that the calls will die off then start up again. I requested insurance quote more than a year ago, have already purchased insurance and the site I entered my info on keeps passing the "list" around.....I get calls ALL THE TIME...then dies off, then starts up again. The Do Not Call List doesn't help if you requested any info on line and provided your info. (and half the time when you haven't the FCC doesn't stop the calls)
