All you need to do is just download a program, ie, Mr Number, is the one I use. Easy to use and blocks numbers successfully. Plus, there is no charge for the program.

SAME thing happened to me! She wouldn't shut up so I could tell her to take me off her list. I never signed up to find out about their health insurance! The first time she'd hung up and I called back to tell them to stop calling me, that's when she went on and on and I had to yell shut up to her and she hung up. She just called back like 2 hrs later and hung up when I answered! DON'T MESS WITH A PREGNANT WOMAN!
Got this call at 9:30 Am and they called 5 times back to back.. I use truecaller and it popped up as a highly suspected spam number. This is ridiculous
I think if a number calls you even for solicitation there should be a limit as to how many times they call and the times between calls. IF I dont answer maybe that is an indication. I dont want to talk to you for some reason...
