Do reverse call folks do this type of activity to generate funds? What sort of looney tunes is involved?

keep finding this number on our caller ID - 412-431-7025 and it says "customer contact" with caller ID. On DNC list and still get these type of calls.

I just got a call from that number and I did a call back and the noise the fax machine started sounding off..so I dind't get anyone...they call everyday..and it's really getting annoying !!!!

I tried calling the number back (after blocking my own number) and also got a fax.
