412-503-4002.... companies like this buy debts for pennies on the dollar... if you owe a total of $500 and the debt is less than 1 yr old they might've only paid $5 for you account. potentially could buy your account for .02 % or lower depends on the debt its self... this company from what i hear from my girlfriend is garbage... do not pay them any more than 20% of the debt... PERIOD!!!... ALWAYS REMEMBER PAY YOUR DEBTS... JUST BE SMART... THE OLDER THE DEBT THE CHEAPER IT IS FOR THE COMPANY TO BUY IT... HENCE THE LOWER % YOU SHOULD BE WILLING TO PAY!! good luck with these "people".

This is a private residential phone number that is being used for a work-from-home business. At this time, the guy is calling doing employment and wage verifications for mortgage companies. I can only assume that in the past, he has worked for collection agencies.
I don't know if the call I got is from a company connected to the collection agency you folks refer to, however I got a call from right in that number set 412-503-9524, which is a rep from "CDC Novus", doing credit report work for the mortgage processor I am refinancing with at Nova Home Loans. It is probably a group of companies with call center clerks doing collections and credit research under contract for other companies.
AND I see someone in this thread noted a callback number of 800-216-3463-which is exactly the same as the number I was told to call back to. Then I'm supposed to dial x9524 which is the suffix of the 412 # the call came to me on, and it goes to someones voicemail.
