Who called from 4139989998

Got the call from this number at 7:01 Pacific. I didn't answer. What's going on?

They called my cell, I didn't answer.  Does anyone know how they get cell phone numbers?

Same idiots just called me, left a blank voicemail.

I have never gotten these calls before, now it seems like almost everyday. I wonder if the police, or FBI is doing anything about this. first it was some insurance scam, now people are speaking spanish. any thoughts.

I got this missed call too.. SO WEIRD that when I call back its a disconnected number!!
