Who called from 4139989998

need to know the details

I think it's some scam that's also in spanish, trying to get you to enter this contest, but it isn't real.  They've called my cell phone as well as my mom's, which is odd because no one has my mom's cell number except the immediate family.

I've looked this number up on whitepages.com
