Who called from 4139989998

Update: I previously reported a call at 3:15 est in Indianapolis on my private cell number.  Now it just (4:20 est) rang my work phone number!  Completely unrelated numbers save that they're both in Indianapolis.  I answered this time to hear the (as described) creepily-spanish recording.

My husband, myself and a friend of ours all received calls from this number within the last 24 hours. What is going on!?

This is a number I do not recognize that called and left no message.  According to others, this number is a telemarketer.  I want them stopped.

Is everyone reporting this located in or around Indianapolis?? Weird!
