I have been receiving calls also and so has my family and employer. My employer called me and said they call everyday. She gave me the number and the name federal check processing I looked it up on line and saw all of these post. I called them to ask what it was about said fraudulent check writing. I asked several questions about the debt and she said I see you are refusing to settle this matter and hung up. She called my employer and tech support administrator for information, called me back saying the names of who she talked to and that I would be dealt with on Monday by my employer so it was in my best interest to call her back. I verified at work that she did call them. I called back another girl spoke to mecand then told me I by asking all these questions I see you are trying to get out of this? I said I didn't even understand why they keep calling, I've never received anything from them in writing about committing fraud and she changed my call to a manager who wants me to pay 125.00 to them for six months. Im fearful I may loose my job because of their harassing me and my employer. What do I do?
recieved several threatening calls from AMBER with this so called FEDERAL CHECK PROCESSING, a fraudulent company. said that because i took out a loan, and did not pay it back, i committed a crime. she failed to mention the several loans i've taken out that was paid back accordingly until i was laid off & couldnt make the payment. She kept threatening me with legal action saying i have 2 pending charges in harris county...she's a total liar and it's sad that this company trains it's employees to lie to the public and threaten people, which as a collecter of a debt is ILLEGAL & I will be filing a complaint against this company as soon as my work day ends.
my situation is similar i lost my job and with 4 kids it became hard but thats no reason to be threatened and bullied by these companys i have read some comments on why do we take payday loans when all else fails and thats your only choice to put food on the table or pay a bill i have had a few payday loans and paid back this federal check processing number that keeps calling me are abusive and threatening and call all day from just after 7am ,at first i was scared ,he told me im going to jail ,pay a huge fine whatever i have reported them like everyone else but they are scammers its too sad that people are so low and dirty
Now this person calling me is Darrell Porter. I told him I had contacted the Texas Attorney General due to his illegal claims that he was insinuating he was with the government. Saying you will be arrested is completely illegal. He should get an Academy Award however for performance. He is quite the actor!
