The reason my cell phone and house phone numbers are listed on "Do Not Call' is to stop such telemarketing calls, but 'Do Not Call' does not seem to be working. Am continuing to get several telemarketing calls and text messages offering cash or stating my credit card is in good standing or some language to that effect, but we'd like to offer . . etc. Have yet to wait and hear their whole spcheel. Still, it is annoying and it costs me for their calls and text messages on my Go-Phone. Maddening to say the least!
this is kinda funny i get a call and don't know the number and i don't pick up so i google it and i found this and see that there doing it to a lot of us wow there a bunch of losers that should get a real job [***] scammer should go to hell lol
Have been getting repeated calls from this number and others offering reduced credit card rates. Robo calls, no people. Person hangs-up when asked what company they're from.
Learned that the FCC only investigates and takes action after receiving "many" reports regarding the same number.
Filed my report - second time - with FCC. Suggest everyone else do the same:
Don't answer this caller. It is a credit card scam and will only cost you money or
use up your minutes. If someone has a great idea ...we could have some fun.
Sincerely frustrated
