Hang up call which woke me up this am. A few minutes ago a call from this same number...when I answered, a sugary sounding lady on the other end gently chiding me about being hard to reach. Apparently connected with a cancer charity....I hung up before she could say more. A few months ago this same person had called me. Again, I hung up on her. They just don't give up, do they?!!!
Female caller who could not identify that I was a male voice, but asked for a female. Sounds a lot like a robot caller based on the cadence and that it gave predictable responses. Attempting to collect money for a cancer-related charity. The name of the alleged charity she used does not seem to exist. Likely to be a spoofed number.
I just got a call from 414-436-3400. Looks like I'm not the only one, based on the other recent posts. My son answered it and I could hear a woman asking for me by my first name. When I got to the phone there was no one there. If it's a telemarketer I'm DEFINITELY not listed, and I'm on the DO NOT CALL list!!
