Just got another call and I thought I would answer this time. The bag on the other end said, you people are harder to reach then the cookies on the top shelf, real funny. Just stop bothering people
Well the calls are starting already this morning. Yesterday we received 5 calls from out of state, didn't answer them. Today will will be the same and I would love to know what we can do to stop these fools. We are on the no call list, that doesn't help and I have blocked so many numbers that I can't block anymore. They just call from a different number, real sneaky. I don't know what good it does to comment because nobody is doing anything about this. I would love to have a system if they call once you tell them not to that you could sue the idiots.
There is " GREAT NEWS " Time Warner Cable ( NEW ) Now has call blocking, that blocks all telemarketers and political calls. And all other calls, such as Doctors, School closings and etc. come thru. Caller asked to speak with F****** (my husband's name) - when I told her he was deceased, she apologized and offered to put me on their "do not call" list. From googling "UTD CANC SUP FD" I have found that people all around the country are getting these calls from various telephone numbers. One person posted this: You might want to think twice before handing over any of your hard earned money to this "charity" According to https://www.charitywatch.org this is United Cancer Support Foundation - only 5% of money collected goes to their "program" - 95% is going to overhead (which I take to mean "into their pockets"). Beware!
