Who called from 4145014746

"XXXX, the very second you hear this message, I need you or your attorney...yadiyadiyada.  Does everyone in India or Pakistan have this same script for conning gullible Americans?  Unfortunately, all of your private information has been sold to these scammers and they don't comply with American consumer law protection.  My advice is to not answer, ignore and just shut them down.  Maybe conference in the FBI so they can figure out where these yahoos are.  I know it won't happen as they just move to a different phone number.

I got a call today from this number.  The policy I have adopted when these yahoos call is to track down the phone company and send a letter to company explaining how their phone line is being used to run a scam.  So far the companies have been responsive.  

The sites I use to track down phone companies are:
1. http://www.customtollfree.com/toll-free-reverse-lookup/ (for toll-free numbers.  It ask you to type your e-mail address to use the service.  Use a made up one)
2. http://www.searchbug.com/tools/landline-or-cellphone.aspx

This number has been calling my cell which I had ignored but then left a message at my job. So called the number back and an individual of Indian descent proceeded to tell me I would be arrested if I didn't settle a debt. I asked questions regarding this so called debt and indicated a pay day loan was not resolved. I knew it was a scam but what was a bit intimidating was he had my social and place of employment. So I am going to assume this information waa extracted from a payday loan application. Will be filing a report.
