I got a call from a man with a heavy accent. I could not determine with what company he was with , his name and he never left a call back number until today (6/3/09.) He called my home on 6/2/09 10 times back to back and even cursed me saying that I should lift my pants and let him f_ _ _ me. I was upset and cried. He is calling my job and it is so much noise in the background that I cannot tell with the noise and accent what he is saying but he is harrassing me.
This man just called me with the name Chris Martin, same number, heavy accent saying they are going to come and drag me to the court house . He had all my information, bank account, social security number, address. He could not specify his company and there was a lot of noise in the background. He told me I would go to jail and also wished me a good life. He also called my job. The number comes up as 00000
Heavily accented man called me about a lawsuit to be filed on Friday April 5, 2009. There was so much noise in the background I could not understand him. He knew my SS#. I called the number and it him not a legal firm. I could not provide my lawyer with any information. We will file a response when we get the summons.
I just got a call with a call back number of 4152234101. It was a heavily accented woman, she said her name was sara Wilson. I told them I wasnt me, and she proceeded to tell "my roommate" that I had to be in court for a second offence at 11 am tomorrow morning or else an officer of the law would come and drag me out of my job. AND... that I would be put behind bars for 6 months. She then asked me if I knew 2 other people (who I work with) and said they have to appear in court with me...
