I got a call from a man with a heavy accent. I could not determine with what company he was with , his name and he never left a call back number until today (6/3/09.) He called my home on 6/2/09 10 times back to back and even cursed me saying that I should lift my pants and let him f_ _ _ me. I was upset and cried. He is calling my job and it is so much noise in the background that I cannot tell with the noise and accent what he is saying but he is harrassing me.
someone from 415-223-4101 called me saying a lawsuit was filed. He then read of my ss # and asked me the name of my bank. when i wouldn't confirm anything he hung up on me. I contacted my bank and also the attorney general for the state. I was advised to do a fraud alot with the three credit reporting branches (free of charge) I am also watching my bank account.
I received the same phone call, appearantly it has something to do with Payday loans. I've never taken any out, but I'm sure someone put me down as a reference. I tried calling these people back, but received busy signal. They are certainly middle eastern, and yes they have dumb threats. I wouldn't worry about them, I'm sure they are located in one of those country's we'll take over next.
