Received a call from them saying I owe them $1ooo's of dollars, but they wont send me anything or give me details. Evan law called my sister in law 3 years ago trying to get me to call them. Scam
I get a 38-second voicemail from this number almost every day. I've never answered it, and it's a recording that purports to be for a "Kenazar Brown" (?) and says to reference acct. #3316837. It doesn't say who they are, and the callback number they leave is 877-651-0753 (even though my caller I.D. says it's from 415-230-2950. My name is nothing like "Kenazar Brown" (or whatever the unclear robo-voice is saying), and the phone line is a non-public number that I've never given out to anyone. I hope these jerks get busted somehow, so I can stop having messages left on this line every day. Obvious spam/scam.
Received a harassing call from SNFC Central CA the phone number was 415 230-2950, on a daily basis for a long time. This is a Dead beat collection agency. This complete [***] called my home and accused me of being a liar and said that I was related to the person/people they were calling about!!! The truth is that we bought a home 20 yrs ago and unfortunately our last name is the same as theirs!!! Can you believe it! Their credit is garbage and they've done nothing but create crap for years, we're not RELATED.
Finally this morning, they called again and the MORON on the phone said "Well mam the facts are you are related to this family. .. NO YOU IDIOT I AM NOT RELATED!!! Then he threw my middle name in the mix (this i smy maiden name) and said well the facts show you are related. Well my hubby got on the phone and the creepy little collector hung up, after I asked him for his supervisor, calling my husband a liar in about three differnet ways! He did this to me too and thought he was going to get away with it. He would not let me talk to his supervisor, which is a NO NO. . . So my hubby and I called back and threatened them with a law suit. The boss, got his boss involved and they told us he may very well not be working there in a few minutes. The supervisor also said they were pulling the phone conversation and going to review it. They also promised to completely remove us from their DATA BASE. We've never sued any one and this is ridiculous. We have been harassed by these dept collectors for these losers, for years and it has been a fk'g nightmare. If we get another call we are going to sue them (Sue is verb in my book, a verb I might add that we have never exercised before). We've already spoken to a good friend of my hubby's, who's a lawyer in Danville, they both attended HS and Stanford together and he said he will take of them if it happens again, FOR FUN. . . My hubby told him if does that he will take him to Gary Danko's , in SF, for dinner (a 5 star experience)!!! It is probably as much as a retainer fee, to have dinner at Gary Danko's! These threatening idiots have my address and phone number as the other families, MORONS. That has to be illegal to call and harassment people none stop! We AREN"T RELATED TO THESE LOSERS, MORONS. . .
