I have seen this caller on my caller ID and decided I would answer and tell them to stop calling and hanging up on me. The female that answered put me on hold then refused to give me her name. She said she was an arbitrator in a law suit that I was named in! I have no legal issues and do not break the law. She got so flustered she hung up on me. I called her back and she answered the phone with her name "Melisa Morell" I thanked her for giving me her name and she hung up on me again. Totally unprofessional and most likely a scam.
SNFC CNTRL calls and hangs up daily and today told me there was a judgement from Bank of America in my county when I asked her if it was already a judgement or going to be a judgement she said it was to inform me and I should hire council when I said my account with the bank was in good standing she hung up on me. Even if it was going to go to court I would be served an appearance notice from court not a phone call from a collection agency. This is nonsense from a debt that was 20 years ago and has long since been removed from my credit report. Don't let these idiots scare you everything they say is a lie they are trying to scam you out of money for nothing. The number they called me from is 1415-802-2948
