Must be a collection agency. They called my mother's house without identifying themselves, and told her to stay on the line or else they will track her down and she will go to jail...a representative from their company wanted to talk to her. When their rep got on the phone, the woman again threatened my mother with prison, only to find out that they were looking for a man who had the same last name but was not related. These tactics are illegal and this company should be reported to the proper authorities. They are apparently located in the San Francisco area.
A woman called told me to call to stay on the line that they would be knocking on my door. She said I would be killed if I resisted.
Since I have nothing in my past, I assume this to be a prank. She could not inform me of what I had done, but asking very personal questions which I refused to answer. No one ever came to my Texas door.
She later called back with more threats with 844- 883- 2485. Never told me what it was about. Just kept saying I had really messed up this time. "Now, you will pay." Police says it was mistaken identity.? These people need to do better research before they threaten law abiding debt free citizens.
