Same as all the rest. I DIDN'T call, but when I checked the IRS website they state plainly, "Taxpayers should remember their first contact with the IRS will not be a call from out of the blue, but through official correspondence sent through the mail." I also reported it to the Treasury Department - maybe they can prosecute them!
My 9 yr old keeps getting these calls on her kindle thru an app and when she told them she cant go to jail bc shes a kid these slime balls told her that her mom and dad will go to jail then and told her to give them mommy or daddys credit card info so the police dont come arrest them. Wow. Thank goodness my 9 yr old is no idiot, but these ppl need to be stopped nonetheless.
