Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:

I got the same scam call From Julie Smith threatening arrest because of some IRS issue but....has anyone had credit hacked or any other issues come from this scam? I return called from a business land line and it was ridiculous, unintelligible, foreigner 'Bob' that answered confirming the scam Is there anything that can be done to protect credit once these people get into your phone? Just wondering if anything has ever come of this crap- must be because they continue doing it right?
Got a call this morning and a message there after.
"4152349569. I repeat it's 4152349569. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any action against you. Goodbye and take care." No name nothing.. Weird right? All SCAM!!!!!
