Got a call from Agent Nicky Johnson this morning saying to call back at this number 415-236-3638 or there would be further action by the IRS.. Am living with an elderly parent who could have been scammed by this...this is just not right!!
Got 2 robocalls today said from Ofc Nicky Johnson from the IRS that it was a time sensitive matter and to call back 415-236-3638 immediately or face criminal action.
On March 4, 2015, at 1:56 p.m. I received a robotic message (caller ID: Inverness, CA) stating that she was Officer Nicky Johnson from the IRS and that I should call 415-236-3638. She stated that I should not ignore this call otherwise legal action would be taken. I reported this to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA)... http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam_ok.shtml. Previous to this call, I received a call from Inverness, CA, on March 4, 2015, at 9:23 a.m. but there was no message.
