I just got the same call but I busted him and then looked them up on the internet. I also looked up the attorneys name and found the same number you gave.. BUT I don't have a loan unpaid.
Going to add on to this discussion - Kenneth Webster calling from 4152519723 is a FRAUD - DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY!! My wife got a call from him this evening, 7 days after contracting for a payday loan online. His claim was the company tried to debit an amount of money (that he wouldn't disclose) to 'verify the account was legitimate prior to deducting the payment as scheduled (not agreed to on the contract). Because the amount bounced (my account had money in it) she was now in default and the entire amount was due within the hour or he would be issuing a warrant for her arrest (didn't know private citizens could issue warrants...) at the place where she worked (which was out of the jurisdiction of the police he claimed he would be calling) I placed a call to the Payday loan company she contracted with and they informed me that Kenneth Webster does NOT represent them, nor does what ever company he claims to represent. Kenneth Webster is committing Interstate Wire Fraud and I will be filing a claim with the States Attorney General's office. If you get a call from him DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY - report him immediately.
Kenneth webster scammed my mother out of $1200 today. He claimed he was sending out a sheriff for her arrest for a check advance that she had not paid. She did have a check advance out so she was scared she would be arrested so.she paid the amount plus interest owed. If I could find97 him Id spit in his face. He is a dirt bag con artist!
