I got a call from a number 415-735-7147 with an automated message saying it was the IRS and I needed to call back. I tried 10 times, and every time being hung up on!! I called back again the 10th time and the Indian person on the line asked me why I was calling him AGAIN, and I said, because you left me a message saying you were the IRS and I want to know why they are calling me? He said because I want to F&%$ you for 5000 dollars!! I said WHAT??? Are you kidding me? He replied NO!!! I said OH MY GOD I AM REPORTING YOU and hung up!! This was very unnerving and I want them to go down!!
I received the same message today automated system internal revenue it stated my position number is 415-251-9782 do not ignore this message I knew it was a scam because the IRS has an 800 number and they contact by mail not by phone. I called the number back and got VM with a female voice sounded like she was from India stating to leave a message. thanks for all the heads up.
Received fake call from 415-251-9782. Called them back, realized they were fraud and questioned them. They responded with some of the worst bad words and expletives possible.
I had a call from this number yesterday so I called them back today. I spoke with man who called himself Mike. Agent Mike! Lol.
Same old story everyone has told but I did tell him I would call my attorney at which time he hung up on me. I did call my attorney who confirmed this is a scam. Just to mess with them I called them back a few times and was called every name in the book! Wow the words they used. I am pretty sure they were from India and when they used the very crude language it was like a small kid someone had taught a bunch of bad words to. It must be in there handbook . Really it just made me laugh. I told him I would call him back a "few" times today to check in with him! Lol. Really pissed him off!
