This number called my phone and work today. Identified himself as attorney officer peter miller (?). Very heavy middle eastern accent. Very rude, said he had an urgent time sensitive business matter, blah blah blah... At the end if the message he said if you don't return my call TODAY I wish you the best of luck as the situation unfolds and god bless you.

call the local police and give them your number. if you verified your information over the phone they could steal your identity. It is a scam one they have been running for many years. call the local authorities and they will tell you what to do.
did you in the past 6 months apply for a loan online? I bet everyone on this page has. they set up one of those we will find you a loan for $500 then wait a few months then call you and tell you that you got the loan and never paid it back, even though you never got it in the first place, and the reason they have all your info is because you gave it to them when you filled out that loan form.
Received several calls in the past few days. I did (stupidly) apply for a loan online a couple months ago. These people are very rude and pushy. The thing that scares me is that they have all my info. They have even contacted my work! Any advice on how to get them off my back??
Same call yesterday and today this guys a great actor. lol he sounds like a terrorist. this is the world we live in where people can get away with stuff like this.
