RC'VD phone call from 415-259-5026 very rude man with very bad broken english- said there are ctiminal charges be brought against me...pending lawsuit blah blah... I demanded proof of the debt be setn to me. I would not verify anything. I ended up hagning up on him. He called back twice. Did not like an American woman getting smart with him. Then he gave me this number to call for details of my lawsuit that number is 415-259-5006. This is a business #, and they have no idea why I'm calling them. They have gotten other calls like mine as well. This is obviously a scam!!!! Please... DO NOT GIVE OUT OR VERIFY ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO.

There S.O.B.'s & today they threatened to change their name (not like they don't every time we talk w/ them), if this country is not blown up in 3 days! I did file a police report & found out today that my case is in the hands of a detective. I did call him to leave more updated info since this is a threat. Today the Indian accent man said his name was Mark Adams. Either way, don't give info or confirm anything. Google 213-289-3745. Scary how these [***] will take people down with them. They did on Sept. 11. It's like their religion. They don't give a [***]! My husband keeps calling them (100xs) a day to piss them off. He keeps ordering chinese food & pizza etc. It's annoying the hell outta them & it's not allowing them to make as many calls.
Mine was "mark jones" had same thing from a different number claiming to be Michael jones. My boss called them and said he was a detective with our police dept. No calls after that. Might have to try it again.
Happened to me too. Yesterday I received the same voicmail at work and home and I did also fill out an online loan application recently.
What a bunch of idiots- who tries to get money out of people who are already so out of options that we are filling out online loan applications? If they want to steal some identity, don't steal one with really f'd up credit. I will plan to file a police report as well.
I am kind of scared though because as everyone has said, they have all our information.
