Who called from 4152789709

No one on the other end when I answer.  When I call the number that's associated with this, I get a recording.  I want this calling to stop.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list and don't understand why I'm getting these calls.

or remains silent

I keep getting unwanted calls from these people

Twice this month received ghost calls from two numbers:

California 415-278-9709

Followed a moment later by:

Arizona 480-649-2753

No one responded to either when I said hello, or they didn't ring long enough for me to answer.

I called (415)613-4921 as Boodah in FL did and was very graciously removed from the call list.
