If you call the number back they allow you to leave a message with your phone number and claim it will remove you from their list.

If your cell phone is on the federal no-not-call please report them. If enough people complain they'll be shut down or fined.

I have zero patience for these people.

Cell phone rings. No response when I answer. Two calls1/22/10 8:43PM; 1/29/10 7:09.

They call almost every day. never leave a msg. website says it's a "commercial fundraiser": http://www.sos.wa.gov/charities/search_detail_cfr.aspx?cfr_id=23890

Here's an idea to use for this number or any unwanted number.. especially those that end up charging you gobs of change the moment you answer.  Simply put the number in your cell phone's directory, then name it "DO NOT ANSWER", or something similar.  Use all caps, so it will look quite different to your groggy eyes at two in the morning.  If there are several numbers, you'd have to add to or change the "name".. but, well you get the picture.  I see one of those, and just hit the "silent" button.

I am called every day, including weekends by this call.  They should be reported. 415-278-9709.
