I got a call today from someone identifying themselves as the DNC, or presumably someone working on their behalf. Call centre, I suppose. Asked for monthly contributions.
Yes, it must be a non profit business soliciting for donations. I was told that non-profits don't have to honor the do not call list. I think we need to petition the government to add non profits to the list.
