November 13, 2007: This number is from the General Hospital Psych. Ward.

1st. I got a call today from a clinician.
2nd. 10:56 am I got a call from the patient saying [***] you ugly [***].
3rd. 10:57 am I got a call from the patient saying [***] you ugly [***], don't call my family.

I loogged this and faxed it right back to the hospital!

I got a call today about 5 minutes ago.  No response when I answered though.

I got a call from this number at 2am..

I got two calls 3 minutes apart, but no message either time . . .

yes, i received a legitimate call from a doctor at UCSF and this was the caller id.
