call above came in at 3:30 pm.  Screen showed CSC as name of caller.

Received an unsolicited call and hang-up from this number. They left no voicemail message.

Just got a call from this number, when I said Hello, it was a hang up

This person keeps calling me and I am on the do not call list!! It is very frustrating and inconvienant, not to mention when you pick up the person is rude as all heck! how do I get these people to stop calling me?

yes changed my phone number from getting calls so often by numbers like this and two weeks later still getting them on my new number. haha guess there is no way to get rid of them.
