Scammers are getting our phone numbers from the Do Not Call List. Charities, debt collectors and surveys are exempt, so they claim to be one of these types of organizations to get around the law and get your personal information. It is up to you to prove they are not who they say they are, which means this keeps happening and gets worse by the day.
Called but hung up when my answering machine came on. I think they're similar to CHD, claiming they can lower your credit card interest rates. Annoying.
criminals are now added to PRO call blocker version 2.0...the best $59 you will ever spend.
1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.

FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and by a good blocker.
I keep getting these calls from all over the US (TX, FL, NY, etc.) asking if I take birth control and if I've experienced any problems. It's always a male with Indian accent. This particular caller asked if I've ever had some type of vaginal surgery or have taken antidepressants while pregnant. When I answered no to everything he thanked me and hung up.
