I am getting calls from a john peterson harrison law firm #5307456688 who is telling me i am in a fraud case for a check that was never recived or cashed. He has cussed me he has threatened to send planes to blow my house up. He has called me at work and my cell as well as my husbands,
I was contacted by a man named David Peterson w/ the Harrison Law Firm, located at 1000 4th Street, Chico, CA. He stated that he was a Government Official investingating a case that involve me. He called from 530-589-8181. I told him that I would have my attorney contact him and he hung up the phone. This man is very rude, so I knew that this could not be real. However, he is contacting me at work sometimes 10 times a day, yelling and screaming to the point that I can not understand him. This man is an idiot. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to how I need to report this to?
David Jackson from Harrison Law Firm out of Rochester New York called me and stated I owed his agency or they were attempting to collect $645. He had a voice - i want to say I thought it was Indian - from India. I stated that I am an Active Duty soldier and I am not allowed to take a pay day loan nor have I ever taken a payday loan. This is not the first time these people have called. His number is 917-383-8650. The address he used is 61 Cascade Dr. Rochester NY. He did not understand that I needed a zip code. He will only take a Master card or Visa number. He kept calling back even though my supervisor answered the phone and told him I was not at work.
