These people are trying to give you information about health insurance. They will blow up your phone and once you tell them to stop calling, they will hang up on you. I have also had them call me back about 10 minutes later and once I told them to stop, they hung up on me again. This is very aggravating. All I wanted was some information about health insurance, now I have 15 different kinds of phone numbers harassing me. And once you tell them you don't need them to call anymore, they hang up on you. Extremely RUDE!!!

I got a call from this number after I filled out an nline form to get a quote fron insureone.  They are pretty expensive too!

These are number verifiers for debt collection agencies.  The use phone scrambling to dial deadbeats numbers to verify the phone numbers.
