This number belongs to Commonwealth Financial Systems a Debt Collector calling from one of many numbers.  Another number they use is (WA) 206-743-0927.  

These are more bottom feeders in the junk debt pool trying to collect a debt that is out of statute, and that only a fool would attempt to pay under the delusion that it would make a difference on their credit report.

They also use 800-848-2170*neither leaves a message, I owe no one.

I have also had calls from both #s, never leaves message, I also have no debt. Suspect is a scam & preying on people.
