Slight pause when I answered. Then I heard 'noise' in the background as a mail voice identified himself. But the noise made it difficult to hear what exactly he said. When I asked him to repeat himself, he hung up.

I am receiving unwanted calls from this number, on my cell.

Just received a call on my office phone. I didn't pick up, and they didn't leave a voicemail.

Keep calling and won't stop.  Hanging up when asked what they want.

Got a call on my office line from this number 5 minutes after receiving another similar call from another number.  Block this number if you can.
