Called today, I quickly Googled the phone # and saw this page, learned they are a telemarketer, and did not answer the phone.

Agreed, you can pretty much say or do anything with these scammers, they won't be turning you in. I just got a call, nobody there. I'm hoping they'll call back, cause I'm going to string 'em along with stories of the good report I got on then from my friend and colleague,  Richard Smith.

Payment Systems or Payment Solutions, calls my cell phone which is NOT a business phone and is on the Do Not Call list, which they ignore. When you press 1 to talk to someone, you get put on hold and have to listen to LOUD distorted crappy "music."  They call everyday at 8 am.

Just got a call from this #.  After they asked for the owner by name and were told he was out of the office they immediately hung up..........so ignorant!!
