this a-hole called me today 6:38 eastern time from 315-218-0556 (CB# 415-449-8787) - sounded too good to be true! Here is what I have found in my research - BBB - a listing under contractortrades.net with nothing more than a blank listing - meaning: new file, no reviews, no complaints dated with a start date of 7/8/11, no listing of officers - does give a street address of 127 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94111. Called one of the "girls" to try & pump more info but received the same run around for the $100 BACKGROUND CHECK - the idiots did not even know what an REO or REO managed property was - they gave me another # to call back 888-253-0541 her name was "Naomi" ext 7019. Don't know if it is connected - I did find a company called CMO Services LLC listed as a business in Sacramento CA.
