Same as others. I have filed a complaint with the Colorado Secretary of State using the Colorado No Call reporting process (since my phone is on the no call list). I encourage everyone to do the same (in your state of course)
I got nearly the exact same message from "John" a few moments ago. Seeing as we're in North Carolina, Im not sure how much help we can be to his California properties...
