I just got a message from the same people and I called then back and they said I was going to be arrested today for not paying my taxes for 2 years...I laughed at him (accent from India and a lot of background noise!!!) and I told him I was going to call the IRS on him and hung up
I received a call from this number that stated that they are the investigative department for the IRS. I have doubts whether this is factual. I would like someone to verify if this is truly a number from IRS. Thanks.
Claim to be IRS with middle east accent .hung up when I asked for his badge number.i read that the irs will not call you with an automated calling system. Sounds scammish to me .I told the guy i reported him and the number he hung up rite away,
