These people are the only ones on the planet who can give you a double discount on the SFS Season. They saved me a lot of money just because I answered the phone.
Apparently they are purchasing call lists somewhere... I saw (415) 503-5567 on my phone tonight (they didn't leave a message) and they don't have a history of my phone number as I haven't purchased a symphony ticket since getting my newer cell phone number. So I'm not sure where they got my number. It is terrible that they don't leave a message.
They get your new number by calling Information. People doing this job are fired if they leave a message. The managers who run the call rooms and the people they work for have yet to come to grips with the concept of caller-id. Give them a break - they are just making a living by selling a good product with added incentives in the way of free concerts and discounts on series. No one is out to get you.
