Who called from 4155554137

Same issue, Repeated phone calls. Friday night I answered and didn't say anything. Then the other side say Hello and I slammed the phone down. Saturday, they called about every 2 hours.  I've received 8 hang-up calls in three days. After the last one, I took the phone off the hook for 4 hours.

You might want to do a search on call blocking devices and phones! Big help for numbers such as this. This is probably a spoofed number. Most of these dropped calls though come from dialers or computers, too many outgoing and not enough telemarketers to handle all the lines going outbound. Or as suggested, maybe test the numbers to find out live number.
