Got called twice on 6/3/16, 4:40 PM and 6:40 PM. Caller ID said Blue Shield CA. No message left 1st time. 2nd time, I picked up but said nothing. Line stayed connected about 45 seconds, no one said anything from their end, then they disconnected. Have to be spam/scam calls. If they really were Blue Shield, they would have left a message. I hate these calls!!

I called back and there was a PBX sounding ring. (Retired operator) The recording said they were courtesy calling to see if our recent encounter with their person was good....
I did call about a bill I received (a while ago) and the service was marginal but I'm not convinced this is a valid caller.....
