Robocall recording strongly implies call is from Google, offering a Google service. When pressing '1' twice to speak to an operator, they hung up immediately when asked, "What company do you work for?"
After listening to the ambiguous recording that attempts to convince you they are Google, spoke to a live person who did not know who our business was, would not disclose who he was representing, and that we had "A LOT of bad reviews online", which is not true. They would not reveal who they were and were rude, so I hung up.
I answered their call to an automated message saying it was google plus and I needed to press 1 to get through to a representative immediately. It sounded suspiciously like a phishing scam so I pressed 1 to see what the person would say. They immediately asked me for personal information. I replied that they should know who I am as they cold called me and they promptly hung up.
